These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer (“You”), place an order through mtsweden.se and associated pages (the “Website”). This is an agreement between you and NgenTech AB, Reg. No. 559259-7842, Ardennergatan 23, 19473 Stockholm (“We”, “us”, “our”).

The conditions are only applicable for you as a consumer when an order is placed through the website. We ask that you carefully read the Terms before further use of the website. By making purchases from, and using the site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

To order via the website, you must be 18 years or older. We accept, under Swedish law, no credit sales for people under the age of 18 years. We reserve the right to adjust individual costs as they change or any errors occur and to issue invoices for purchased items. In case of any issues with the product specifications, images, and prices stated on the website, We hold no liability as all errors can be corrected without any obligation.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you register on our website, we will store some of your personal information in order to carry out your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data and if any information is incorrect, you can get it changed or removed. PRICES, FEES, AND PAYMENT

When we receive an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct information when placing an order. The confirmation also serves as a receipt of proof of purchase.

Where applicable, prices include VAT. Orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once the package reaches your destination. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Note that We do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office for more information.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of days specified on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, for example, in connection with ordering goods that are not currently in stock.

You have the right to cancel an order if it has not yet been sent. If a delay in the supply of goods is delayed, which causes you to wait longer, you may cancel the purchase. In such a case, you can make a cancellation. In the event that the item has already been sent, the customer must receive the order. A cancellation is valid until confirmation is received from us. If a product is no longer desired, We hold the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will notify the customer of a refund if a similar product is available.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE RIGHT

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to be fully refunded for your purchase if you return the product, and you have 30 days to exchange your product. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received. You must attach the label or original contents when you return it.

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

We give warranty for 6 months. The products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards. In addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any material or manufacturing defects. This includes faults like stitching, adhesive problems, or hardware failure. The warranty covers only the parts listed above. Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials through time, exposure, or extensive use.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Our website may include user-generated content such as social media. We hold no legal responsibility for such materials. In case you suspect copyright infringement, or infringement of any other right, or for any other reason feel affected by the content published on the website, please contact our Customer Service.

OWNERSHIP

All products remain Ngentech AB’s property until full payment has been received. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Swedish law applies to these Terms and your use of this website. To the extent that law allows, Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the website, with the exception of cases where we voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a customer/user where he/she resides.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the website. Changes apply from the time they were posted. If you placed an order on our website prior to any changes taking place, the Terms that applied to your order will not be affected. We recommend that you stay updated on the website to ensure you accept any new Terms.

INVALIDITY

If any competent court, authority, or arbitrator finds that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, this provision will be applied to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will not affect the rest of the Terms.

RETURNS

Please follow the steps below to return your order.

Send an email to hello@mtsweden.com and mark your letter with “Return”.

We will get back to you with further instructions.

TERMS:

*Please note, you will need to send back your order within 30 days from receiving it. We will not accept any returns after this period. Your return must be in the same condition as when you received it.

*Please note that you must pay for shipping costs for the return package.

*Kindly note that we do not offer the service of exchanging your items. If you wish to receive an exchange, please send back your order and place a new order on our site. As soon as the returned order reaches our warehouse you will be refunded. Any free or compensated delivery offered during the original purchase will still be honored when placing a new order – please inform us prior to the return.

*The products which you return are your responsibility until we receive them. It may be a good idea to save your return receipt as well as proof of the return of the products you returned.

*Items marked as “Sale” will be excluded from our normal returns policy and will NOT be eligible to be returned or exchanged.
